‍This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information related to our websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
It applies where we act as an independent controller of personal data.
When a customer connects third-party tools to the Service, we process data from those tools solely to provide the features the customer enables.

- Account & Contact Information: name, business email, organization, role, and preferences you provide when creating an account, joining a workspace, or contacting us.
- Usage & Device Information: service configuration, workspace IDs, event timestamps, IP address and device metadata, and logs of actions performed by or through the Service.
- Support & Communications: messages you send to us (including email and in-product messages) and their associated metadata.
- Integration Data (only if connected by you): alerts, event metadata, repository/issue metadata, run logs, and similar operational data from tools you choose to connect — limited to the scopes you authorize.
- Website Interactions & Analytics: limited analytics to understand feature usage and improve performance. We do not use advertising networks or retargeting.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Where required, we may appoint a representative under Article 27 and will update this notice accordingly.

‍India (DPDP)
‍You may request access (or a summary) of your personal data, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent, and you may submit grievances to the contact above.
We will respond within the time limits required by applicable rules and regulations.

‍Third-Party Tools You Connect (Integrations)
‍When you connect third-party services (e.g., chat, incident management, version control, observability), we access and process data from those services strictly within the scopes you grant to operate the features you enable.
Disconnecting an integration prevents further retrieval of data from that service (subject to provider behavior such as token expiry).

‍Platform-Specific Disclosures
Google APIs (if enabled):
If you connect Google/Workspace APIs, the Service uses Google user data only to provide features you have enabled and does not transfer Google user data except to deliver those features.
Use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
‍Slack (if enabled):
If you install our Slack app, it receives the payloads and identifiers needed to operate within the scopes you grant and may post Service outputs back to your workspace as configured by you.

‍Children
‍The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children.
